The client wanted to understand the products mix and variety of various apparel brands across categories at the offline mall store.
Project Result
Our team visited various malls and conducted the mystery shopping exercise of few days to cover more than 10 brands and eight categories of apparels. We also literally counted the SKUs on shelves to get an estimate of variety and product mix.
